Appleyard Property and Landscaping recently transformed our garden from a blank canvas into a stunning picture. Peter and his lovely team were clearly dedicated to the project from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. Peter updated us regularly and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. After speaking to three different landscaping companies we chose Peter, because he listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve, had a friendly manner and his professionalism shone through from day one.Our garden was looking tired and needed a complete overhaul. This included new walls, fencing, patios laid with porcelain tiles, and a large composite decking area with steps and planting boxes. Each step of the process was discussed in detail and he provided valuable advice about samples and materials whilst still allowing you to make your own decisions. Having had Peter and his team already complete one project on my garden, I invited him back to do my composite decking. Once again, from the start of this project, his communication and attention to detail was exceptional as was his time keeping, arriving when he said he would. His friendly, professional advice to help me with final decision making was outstanding and Peter was able to communicate effectively to enable me to make informed decisions. During the project I was kept informed at every stage which enabled me to understand the process of installation fully. Throughout the project, the area was kept neat and tidy and enabled access to the area safely. I am extremely happy with his work I have now invited him back for a third project. Peter was incredibly professional throughout the entire project and his craftsmanship and attention to detail is exceptional. He was patient with us when weren't sure what we wanted and when our plans changed slightly midway through. He kept us informed of how things were going and gave us constructive advice when we were making decisions. We are so pleased with how our garden looks now - much better than we imagined it would! Our back garden needed completely re-landscaping. From helping with design ideas to the completed project Peter (and the lads) were friendly, helpful and did an excellent job. Some aspects of the project changed as we progressed (as they do) but this was never a problem. Everything was completed on schedule and to costs agreed. Peter Appleyard provided a very good service when asked to restructure the hard landscaping in our secret garden. He provided some good ideas  and was a very hardworking contractor with whom you could discuss matters as they arose during the contract. Peter has done a few projects in our garden and each one has been a success. The latest was building a vegetable garden with five raised beds and a fence which was completed to an excellent standard, on time and Peter left everything in great shape. I would thoroughly recommend Appleyard Landscaping.
